Tonight’s updated weather story from the National Weather Service:
Showers and thunderstorms tonight
(May 30, 2015) – The cold front passing through will keep the showers and thunderstorms going through tonight. Heavy rainfall can still be expected for tonight. A Flood Watch is in effect for all of the County Warning Area(CWA) except for Laporte county, Berrien county, Allen county Ohio, and Putnam county into tomorrow morning.
Behind the front the wind will change to the north and then northeast and increase in speed and become gusty. Temperatures will also be falling behind the front, dropping into the 50s for much of the CWA with the southeast corner (Lima to Portland) dropping into the lower 60s.
The front will be pulling away from the CWA tomorrow ending the rain for all of the CWA by evening time except for some small chances yet in the far eastern portion of the CWA.
