Tonight’s weather story from the National Weather Service:

Rain and thunderstorms Monday
Turning colder on Wednesday

(March 19, 2017) – Clouds this afternoon and evening will continue to clear from west to east with lows in the mid to upper 30s.

Tomorrow, rain showers will move into the area during the morning commute and linger throughout the day. Some thunderstorms may be embedded within the rain showers.

By Monday night, dry conditions return but the cloud cover will remain in place through Tuesday when the next system brings in the chance of rain in the afternoon. Greatest chance of rain is south of US 30.

Temperatures turn colder on Wednesday with highs only reaching into the upper 30s.

A gradual warmup is expected for the end of the workweek as temperatures may reach into the lower 60s by Friday.
